Qualifications and Examinations Offered by the International Dance Teachers' Association, Great Britain

The International Dance Teachers' Association (IDTA) was established in 1903 in England.  It is an organisation operating internationally, represented in 55 countries by some 7,000 members.  The Association is an awarding organisation recognised by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) UK to offer qualifications in the Qualification and Credit Framework.  It is a full member of the British Dance Council, Central Council of Physical Recreation, Council for Dance Education and Training and Theatre Dance International.  IDTA qualifications are well recognised by professionals, schools and public bodies worldwide.
